1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and e789 ("e789," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the e789 online gaming platform accessible at e789.pro, including all associated games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support functions.

2 Eligibility and Registration

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. e789 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to or have been used by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The e789 platform is available to residents of Pakistan and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the e789 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. e789 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of e789 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.4 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered e789 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, e789 reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any transactions, bets, or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e789 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. e789 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify e789 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. e789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or to promptly report a suspected breach.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your e789 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. All bets placed, deposits made, and instructions given via your account are considered to have been made by you unless you have previously notified e789 of unauthorised access and e789 has confirmed receipt of that notification.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. e789 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Members will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

e789 currently supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Cash Deposit. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.

4.2 Own-Name Requirement

All payment methods used to deposit into or withdraw from your e789 account must be registered in your own name and match the identity information on your e789 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Where a mismatch is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with e789's standard processing schedule. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest, often completing within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. e789 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

e789 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international gaming license. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds deposited into any e789 account. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. Members must not use the e789 platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

4.5 Currency

All e789 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e789 does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level is outside e789's control and subject to the provider's own terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

e789 offers promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of the overall bonus agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your e789 account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent e789 bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or collusion with other members — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

e789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any bonus funds already credited to eligible accounts and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the original credit.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the e789 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between general platform Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail for matters specifically addressed therein.

6.2 Random Number Generators

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your e789 account.

• Self-Exclusion: Activate a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the e789 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is enforced across all platform sections.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

8 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any e789 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e789 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any commercial exploitation of e789 content or the use of automated tools to extract data from the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e789 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the member's use of the platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

e789's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their e789 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e789 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. e789 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 e789's Right to Suspend

e789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its reasonable discretion, including where: there is a suspected breach of these Terms; fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected; identity verification requirements have not been satisfied; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

10.2 Member-Initiated Closure

Members may request permanent closure of their e789 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing a closure request, e789 will settle any pending bets and process any outstanding withdrawals in accordance with standard withdrawal terms. Closure requests made on responsible gaming grounds will be processed with priority.

10.3 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by e789 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the member's request without any breach, the available real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

e789 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the e789 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

e789 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication infrastructure, and regular security audits to protect member data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and e789 cannot warrant absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

e789 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers acting on e789's behalf (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

e789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, e789 will provide reasonable notice to members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the e789 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which e789 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to e789's internal complaints procedure. Members may raise a formal complaint by contacting [email protected] with full details of the matter.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of a formal complaint being lodged, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by e789's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
